Woodland Terrace of Niles is licensed by the State of Michigan, which permits us the privilege of providing supervised personal care to seniors over the age of 60. We take a holistic approach to the care of our residents while providing a level of assistance allowing for the greatest degree of independence, privacy, and dignity.

Our residents can choose from deluxe studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom accommodations. These private apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and some even offer patios that overlook a meadow, gazebo, fountain or courtyard.

For those individuals in need of extra assistance with activities of daily living, a Care Level Assessment will be administered by one of our licensed nurses. Our residents will have a level of care tailored to their personal needs.

Niles Assisted Living & Niles Senior Living Services provided at Rolling Meadow Court in Niles:

  • Weekly laundering of personal items and linens

  • Daily activity events and socialization opportunities

  • 24-hour staffing

Our residents also have the ability to receive assisted living care from our trained personnel.

*Points are assessed for each of the resident’s needs and the point total will determine the care level recommendation.
